Around the beginning of 2014  I was asked to build a bike for Born Free6 as an invited builder. I had the bike in pieces all over my shop I was planning on putting it together as a quick swing arm chopper to have fun with on the street. Once the build started to progress i knew I wanted it to be a show bike with a wicked motor that was a little different than anything I had seen done before. There’s so many little changes done to this bike from the frame to the sheet metal and oil bag that I wanted to look factory. Most people don’t realize all the work that went into this shovelhead but that’s kind of the idea I was going for as the build progressed.

The bike was displayed in the invited builder area at Born Free 6 last year then I got to take it home and fine tune everything on it. It’s a blast to ride, I’m kind of sad that I wound up selling it. But you can’t keep them all.
